Stockholm.se's fancy skip links

Just got this sent in from Isac Lagerblad asking me what I think. If you go to Stockholm.se and you tab through the links you’ll find that the connected target gets highlighted on focus. I like it, what do you think?

    I like it a lot !!

    This is actually an great improvement, and it’s extremely clear to the visitor.

    I like it, but what’s the big deal?
    I’ve seen it before and made it before. More webdesigners should use it, ok that’s true.

    Personally, I found it confusing as it’s not standard browser behavior (or is that standard web design behavior?).

    Also, the tab sequence changes depending on if you hit enter at various points – i.e. after enter the ‘next’ tab position is not the same as it would have been without pressing enter?

    I can see that it’s an attempt at accessibility, just not sure how accessible it is generally (I’m assuming it’s just a visual thing at this point so screen readers and the like would see any difference).
