		<description>I must admit, I'm a big fan of the way Moo does stuff.  

This a perfect example of their friendly, personal, attitude (I have moo cards so I've had a few emails like this).  They have a really positive feeling, and that 10 card give away they did was a super idea too.  

Certainly a style of customer support and relations I'd like to see more of!  

I'm dealing with some *terrible* customer support right now (a web host) on behalf of a friend, and it's just appauling.  Completely lack of continuity and general helpfulness.</description>
